My Mourning Doves
The twins are getting big and will be ready to be on their own very soon.
Mama Dove is hovering over them as I take their picture. I was so surprised
that she chose to have her nest so close to the house.
I've really enjoyed reading your posts about your mourning doves and seeing your pictures. How lovely that they took up residence with you. I absolutely love listening to their calls. No matter what country I lived in, it seems like there were always mourning doves bringing their peaceful call to the garden.
